Holi 2017 Nail Art

Woman is the greatest creation of god. He wanted somebody who can handle multiple roles at the same time. A woman – a mother, a daughter, a sister, a wife, a working professional – is like the main pillar of the structure – without which the entire structure crumbles and withers away. She is like the Power Generator of our Engine-Life. She gives so much but gets so little in return. It is the duty of one and all to respect the freedom of a woman.

But in recent days we all should be ashamed of ourselves seeing the kind of treatment imparted to a woman in certain parts of the world. Some people cross the barrier of dignity and make a woman go through hell without even once realising the fact that they are alive in this world because of a woman. On this women’s day let us all take a pledge to love, respect, help and support women in whatever they set out to achieve in life.

We wish each and every woman out there a very HAPPY WOMEN’S DAY!!

Valentines Day 2017 Nail Art!

Hello friends!

Valentines week is ended and Creative Nails tried to create nail art for all the special days. Now its time for the final mani of Valentines Day. Wanted it to be as simple as possible.

I have applied El Corazon bio gel base coat and used a beautiful baby pink shade Malibu from Dance Legend as base color and stamped over it using clear jelly stamper bought from IndianLacquerHolics. The stamping plate was old and I guess I had bought it from eBay. Also used HK girl top coat bought from Puja ( shopcutenails).

Republic Day 2017 Nail Art!

Happy Republic Day!!

Republic day in India is celebrated every year with great honor on 26th of January to honor the Constitution of India as it came into force on the same day in the year 1950. It had replaced the Government of India Act, 1935 into the governing document of the India. At this day, a national holiday is declared by the Indian Government. The new Indian constitution was sketched and approved by the Indian Constituent Assembly and decided to celebrate it on 26th of January every year as India became a republic country. This year India is celebrating its 68th Republic Day.

The chief guest on Republic Day of India 2017 will be Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

Following are the special to be happened on Republic Day of India in New Delhi in 2017:

The crown prince of Abu Dhabi (Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan) will be the chief guest on 26th of January 2017 (Republic Day Parade of India) at Rajpath, New Delhi.
Skill India and Beti Bachao – Beti Padhao are themes for 68th Republic Day tableaux.
The venue of Republic Day Parade, Rajpath will be decorated with rows of potted plants of Date Palm (Pyramid like structure of palm leaves covered with moss) to heartily welcome the guest from UAE. UAE is one of the top cultivators of date palm all over the world and dates are its national fruit. UAE also hosts an annual International Date Palm Festival.
There is also a surprising debut show at Rajpath performed by the National Security Guard (NSG – a team of 140 commandos) on this Republic Day to represent their brilliant skills during the parade. The surprising debut by NSG will include activities like singing the NSG anthem (written by Gulzaar – “Hain Na Hai Na Hum Hindustan, Hum Rang Rang Hain, Phir Bhi Sang Hain”) to show the India’s counter terror force, a performance by anti-hijack team, anti-sabotage team, Combat free-fallers, CBRNE team (an advanced terror fighting force of commandos wearing radiation protective suit for protection from chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear terror threats or attack), and deep divers (can kill enemies under water).
There is also a debut of an NSG vehicle is (Sherpa – a bullet proof armoured anti hijacking vehicle). It is itself a commando, can resist powerful explosions and go under water too.

Dress Matching Nail Collaboration!

Hello friends!!

In this post we have the Indian and Caribbean beauties nail art collaboration!! We did the manis inspired by each others Indian wear. 🙂

Two weeks back Creative Nails had contacted Dessima (IG: @dess_sure) for twin mani. Dessima is a sweet Caribbean lady and an awesome, super creative freehand nail artist. You guys must checkout her Instagram page.

Dessima loves India and Indian culture a lot and she has few Indian wears as well. So she suggested to have a each others dress matching nails instead of twin mani. We enjoyed this collaboration and would like to have some more collaborations in future!

Today’s nail art was done for a nail art challenge on Instagram hosted by AdultsColoringBookNails. Challenge was to use WHITE as base color and do the stamping with BLACK. Unfortunately my black stamping polish order did not reach me yet so I did freehand and asked Milpa of AdultsColoringBookNails if I can submit it. She liked it and included in challenge collage.
