Happy Valentine month!! Valentine’s week is starting from 7th February! And Creative Nails is ready with “Rose day” nail art.

Last year I had created roses using drag marble technique. This year also wanted to try something new and I found a new type of gel nail polish- Blooming Gel. It simple to use and effect will be gorgeous!

My first attempt on swatcher stick gave me a beautiful rose effect. Tried to get the same effect on nails but my pointed tip nail art brush was spoiled so couldn’t get the desired look. Still loved the overall effect.

How to use:
1. Apply a thin coat of blooming gel nail polish over base or color gel, do not cure.
2. Draw the rose petals using color gel, over uncured blooming gel. Allow time for color gel to disperse for blooming effect.
3. Cure with LED lamp for 30 seconds, or UV lamp for 1 min.
4. Seal off with gel topcoat and cure.

Happy blooming rose day!

Valentine Gift Nail Art!

Hey friends!

Creative Nails wishes you a Very Happy Valentine’s Day!

This day was first associated with romantic love in the circle of Geoffrey Chaucer in the High Middle Ages, when the tradition of courtly love flourished. In 18th-century England, it evolved into an occasion in which lovers expressed their love for each other by presenting flowers, offering confectionery, and sending greeting cards (known as “valentines“). In Europe, Saint Valentine’s Keys are given to lovers “as a romantic symbol and an invitation to unlock the giver’s heart”, as well as to children, in order to ward off Saint Valentine’s Malady. Valentine’s Day symbols that are used today include the heart-shaped outline, doves, and the figure of the winged Cupid. Since the 19th century, handwritten valentines have given way to mass-produced greeting cards.
